TEX-ABOTA has adopted a resolution stating its continuing opposition to the creation of special “business” trial and appellate courts. TEX-ABOTA has joined with TTLA and TADC in opposing the bill and sent a joint letter to the Chairman of the Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence Committee.
