We have received “courtesy room” blocks from “sister” hotels, and if rooms become available at Eldorado Hotel & Spa, attendees may cancel their reservations (within the allowed number of days).

Important: If you book a room at Eldorado Hotel & Spa and need to cancel within 30 days of the event, do NOT cancel directly with the hotel. Please let Tammy Miller know before you cancel your room. We may need it for someone who is unable to get a room.
