OATH OF OFFICE OF TEXAS ABOTA CHAPTER MEMBERS
Please raise your right hand.
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that in becoming a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, that you will support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, including the Seventh Amendment thereto;
Further, that you will uphold and follow the Constitution and Bylaws governing the American Board of Trial Advocates, and will carry out the purposes of the organization to the full extent of your ability, including conducting yourself with integrity and civility in dealing and communicating with the Court and all parties; and
Finally, that you will faithfully discharge the duties of membership upon which you are about to enter?
